- DURABLE AND ADA COMPLIANT - Rod is made of heavy-duty steel for strength and durability. Product meets the accessibility guidelines outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- CHECK THE DIMENSIONS - The temperature range is -40°F to 150°F. It has a maximum door/wall thickness of 6 in. The overall length is 9-1/2 in, and the plunger depth is 1-15/16 in. If length of rod exceeds door thickness, use proper tools to trim to desired length
Safety-GlowÃ¢"Â¢ 481A Push Knob Inside Release Glow-in-the-dark knob is always visible. For use with doors 2-1/2" up to 6" thick. 9/16" (14.3 mm) thick stainless steel rod. Compatible with the Kason 56 Latch and 5656 Latch with a 4" thick door. Mounting Instructions 1. Drill a 3/4" diameter (19.1mm) hole through the door. 2. Mount to the door with three (3) number 10 (5.0mm) round head screws. 3. Test to assure latch release function. WARNING: Function is critical. Entrapment in freezer can cause severe injury or death.
