Store the gel pack in the freezer without wrap for at least 2 hours.

Hot Therapy

Boil water and immerse the gel pack without wrap in it for approximately 8-10 min; then remove and clean it, check the temperature and apply it.

Microwave Heating

Heat it without wrap for 30 seconds, then check the temperature. If gel pack requires more heat, apply it every 10 second at a time until you get the desired temperature.
