Simi Transfer Sheets are a new type of edible transfer sheet that is primarily used with hot mediums such as Isomalt, pulled sugar, hard candy, meringueand Chocolate. Sheets come blank to be used with your edible printer to print desired design on to the Simi Transfer Sheet. Place image side on hot medium. Once cooled remove transfer sheet leaving desired pattern on your edible art. The Simi Transfer Sheet should not to be confused with a chocolate transfer sheet, these sheets do not have Cocoa butter in them. Image is transparent in the areas where the image is white in color. These sheets are blank sheets to be used with an edible printer to print the desired image.
