This led flahsing kits is equipped with NE555 pulse generator and CD4017 counter. When the 1st,3rd,5th pulse come, the Q0,Q2,Q4 output the high level sequentially, the blue led flash three times. When the 6th,8th,10th pulse come, the Q5,Q7,Q9 output the high level sequentially, the red led flash three times.When 11th,13th,15th pulse come, the blue led will flash again, just repeat this process so that it will turn into a led warning lihts.
