"Cow" (from Polish Krówka) — candies irises with a stuffing from liquid fondant with addition of milk and butter. The name was received according to the image of a cow on a wrapper. In the 1920th Felix Pomorsky (mind. 1963), arranged in Poznan production of an iris with a liquid stuffing, in a wrapper on which the cow of golshtinsky breed was represented. He learned the recipe of this sweet in the childhood from the uncle living in Zhitomir Ukraine.
