Eliminate Ingrown Nails

1. Disinfect nails with an alcohol solution swab
2. Soak your feet in warm water for 15 min
3. Gently hook both sides of the ingrown toe nail and twist and secure, then place feet back in water
4. Twist the nut until you notice your toenail slightly expands (should not be painful)
5. Continue to intensify the pressure until the nail is lifted enough to reshape
6. After 30 minutes, remove feet from water and you will notice the ingrown nail is now lifted and free from your skin
