It Can't Be That Bad: The Stories of My Police Career
The overall story encompasses my entire police career, including the process of becoming an officer, detailed stories on the street, and injuries that lead to Parkinson's disease. The book walks through my police career with many stories and covers various aspects of policing. The stories cover all of the excitement of working on an inner-city police force and the different positions that I held as an officer. Some of the stories are humorous and others cover the sad reality of life, but all are true. There are several detailed stories about officer shootings and three good friends that paid the ultimate price. The stories tell of the many injuries that I sustained on the job and the ultimate challenge of becoming disabled with Parkinson's disease, due to numerous head injuries. The final chapter reveals a discovery of a supplement, Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth, that changed my life. I believe the supplement could be beneficial to millions of others with various diseases or various health problems too. My story may change your expectations and perceptions of police officers and make you appreciate their career.
