We know it is incredibly frustrating when a travel pill holder lid pops off and pills spill all over your gym bag or suitcase. The lid on this is very tight to ensure this doesn't happen. If you are having difficulty twisting or removing the lid, please rotate 25 times clockwise and counter clockwise and it will become easier to use. There is a very small amount of lubricant on the inside of the lid to make it easier to twist.

DISPENSING OPENING - The large dispensing opening is perfect for accommodating most sizes of pills. From small tablets to most large gel capsules.
