When app shows offline, then need to set up the apnÂ
Firstly, Need to ask the carrier about the apn informtaion and mccmnc of the sim card in watchÂ
Then send those two command: pw,123456,apn,apn name,userÂ name,password,MCCMNC#(don't need to write the username and password if it is blank)

For Example: if you use the card SpeedtalkÂ
Apn name :apn,wholesale
Apn username:blankÂ

If you use the card T-mobile:

Note:When your watch requires you to enter the PIN code, the watch does not have a keyboard to enter your password, so you must call the operator of the SIM card on the watch to ask you to cancel the PIN code.< br>
