Alexander Stewart (1870-1937) was a respected minister in the Free Church of Scotland. He originally wrote the Introduction to this work for the Princeton Theological Review in 1928. Whilst not a formal commentary, Stewart homes in on the key themes of the prophecy, and in 22 readable chapters applies their message with real warmth.

First published in 1936, this edition has been completely re-typeset for issue as an eBook.
