My Story
Many years ago when I first began juicing I recall being at a social event and looking at a table of deserts and thinking I really do not crave any of those sweet deserts anymore. Â I stood there for a few moments very surprised at my reaction to things I once craved. Â I would have been just as happy with a salad. Â That may seem impossible to you at this time but remember how your past diets have failed and how your body reacted to your diet to assure it would fail. Your body simply was not receiving the nutrients it required.
Feeding Your Body the Nutrients It Needs
When you are feeding your body fruits and vegetables which are the nutrients it needs the body is happy and will use those nutrients in a way to make your body efficient. Â I was now craving more of the good nutrients and not the sugar that I had craved for years. Â Juicing led to a reduced craving for food that is not conducive to healthy living, no more binge eating but a body that was thinner, healthier and with an increased level of energy.
