- Complete Biscuit and Baking Mix, Just add water - Made in small batches and hand packed
- We use a soft wheat flour milled slower in Henderson NC for a richer taste
- Our biscuit mix contains 1.25 Lbs of real churned butter from KY and 6.75 cups of sweet cream buttermilk from PA
- No Trans Fats - No Preservatives (trans fats are in mixes made with hydrogenated oils)
- Same mix as our premium Julia's Pantry Southern Drop Biscuits
To correctly make Southern biscuits you have to start with soft wheat. Our flour is milled within 30 miles from our plant and is delivered weekly. You will see the difference when you open our package. Next we add premium butter that has been churned and dehydrated. Biscuits in the South have to be made with buttermilk and we use the finest sweet cream buttermilk that we can find. You will not find a Southern Biscuit Mix more Southern that ours.
