To attach the faucet lock, slip the cover over the faucet spout and then position the arm on the faucet's lever collar, right below the tap handle. When tightened, the lock will prevent the handle from being pulled forward. Only a snug fit is required - be careful not to over tighten. With a body made from heavy-duty aluminum casting, this beer faucet lock is very sturdy and made to prevent any tampering. This beer faucet lock is designed to fit all standard US draft beer faucets. It will not fit European-style, Perlick forward-seating, or stout faucets. The lock comes with one key. All faucet locks are keyed the same, so if you have multiple taps you don't have to carry around multiple keys. If you ever lose your key, replacements are available.
