---Our lighting kit does not need ambient lighting(use sun setting for safes)

---The kit includes 16 pieces of hook side style velcro to work with carpeted safes

---We just upgraded the 3m sticky on the led strip itself to work with non carpet safes

---Lighting kit may need slight work on some safes to really be secured inside safe

---Please understand unless your a gun loving american it could take a few minutes  

---To make stick well to your particular safe, aka hot glue gun

---The included hook side of velcro type is used to stick to the 3m on the led strip

---Then measure out center to get most light coverage

---Place pir motion sensor as shown in pics below of our many satisfied customers

---Make sure one side of the motion sensor is built up slightly to face safe door

---May take some good old american fabrication for some safes to work to its peak 

---Adjust sensor for best motion sensor results

---Try using just the 3m first and use the hook side velcro style if needed

--- Most safes will only need hook style vecro across the top

---The 12ft led strip is the longest available on amazon that will run off batteries

---Uses 4aaa batteries and will last months for most owners
