For vinyl enthusiasts, there will be a Half-Speed Remaster of the classic 1987 album cut over two heavyweight, 180g LPs at 45-RPM for supreme fidelity, cut by Abbey Road Studios Half-Speed Mastering pioneer, Miles Showell.

Half speed mastering is a specialist process where the master recording is played back at half its normal speed, with the disc cutting lathe also running at half-speed - 22 1/2 RPM to be precise - giving the cutting head more time to carve a more detailed groove onto the master lacquer.
