Dog Stories

Dog Stories comprises two kids illustrated stories.

The first story is about Alex who wants to become a life-saver rather than play with his dog, Bud. When his mother orders him to take Bud for a walk, Alex plays with his friends instead, leaving Bud to get into trouble. Before long, Bud destroys the ball with which Alex and his friends are playing, and then tears apart Alexâ€™s favorite backpack, too. Alex is very angry. The next day in school, however, a police officer tells the class that bad dogs are often the result of an owner not taking proper care of them. Alex is ashamed and resolves to treat Bud better.

The second story is about Peter who is a shy ten year old boy whose only friend is an older female teacher, Ms. Muffin. Peter is like that until he goes on a wonderful vacation to Italy with his parents and makes an amazing, but unusual best friend. This modest, shy little boy makes a friend for life, by letting Caesar become a part of his life and talking to him. After that, the doors to new friendships were wide open for Peter.

Dog Stories is a delightful kids book comprising two inspirational stories for kids. A great kids book that can be read to those younger than 5, a read alone or with guidance book for kids age 5-8, or a read alone tale for kids 9-12.
