How To Use
Step 1: Coarse grinding for dull knives. Place the knife in the coarse slot and pull the blade 3 to 5 times in only one direction with sight downward pressure.
Step 2: Fine grinding for knife maintenance. Place the knife in the fine slot and do the same as step 1.
For scissors, please place the scissor in the slot and do the same as step 1.
