Simply adjust the plunger inside of the clear plastic sleeve to the measurement you need before you filling, and then fill the cup to the brim for dry ingredients, or to the fill line for liquid measures. Once filled with your desired ingredients, position it over the mixing bowl, and push.

The inner plunger ejects even hard-to-release ingredients such as thick peanut butter, gooey cornstarch, and sticky honey with ease. In addition, it can be used to measure several ingredients at once. Holds up to two cups of dry, liquid, or solid ingredients, measured in popular recipe increments.
