Kneepad / Elbow Pad Uniform Inserts, USGI Issue, NSN 8415-01-502-0520
- Military-issue knee and elbow pad inserts for combat uniforms
- Set of 4 inserts: 2 kneepads, 2 elbow pads. One size fits all.
- Use with Army and Marine Corps issued uniform pants and jackets that have pockets in the knees and elbows for pads.
- Provides protection from rocks, gravel, concrete, and other hard objects.

These knee and elbow pad inserts slip into the pockets in Army (ACU's) and USMC-Issue uniforms. They also work in various public safety and law enforcement uniforms having pockets that are 6 inches wide and 8 inches high. These kneepad and elbow pad inserts provide comfort and support to Soldiers, Marines, and other personnel during tactical operations that require frequent kneeling, as well as firing from the prone position. Note: external, hard-shell knee and elbow pads should be worn in environments where frequent heavy impacts or falls are likely. These inserts are not intended to provide protection against severe trauma from blunt or sharp objects.
