- Our AUXILIARY FUEL TANK INSTALL KIT (11025) is designed to be used with DIESEL VEHICLES WITH a 1.5” FILL LINE. The kit is NOT MEANT TO BE USED FOR CONTINUOUS FUEL TRANSFER and SHOULD BE ONLY USED with tanks meeting federal DOT requirements. Follow ALL safety guidelines, we are not liable for any harm or damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or lack of care by the user.
- Our ELECTROPHORESIS-TREATED ALUMINUM TEE is CORROSION RESISTANT and WILL LAST YEARS without wear. Threads on the roll-over valve are coated with ANTI-SEIZE AGENT to PREVENT THREAD GALLING between different materials. Seamlessly & SAFELY feed diesel directly into your main fuel tank!
- The kit is easy to install and provides a STABLE GRAVITY FUEL SUPPLY from your AUXILIARY diesel tank to your MAIN TANK. Connect your tank directly to your vehicles fuel line and turn your diesel auxiliary fuel tank into a PORTABLE REFUELING STATION with the included BRASS SHUT OFF VALVE. Flow valve MUST BE CLOSED during vehicle operation.
- ALL-IN-ONE AUX TANK KIT features ALL hoses and hardware required for a quick installation and seamless operation. Each kit includes 1x 3/8" Barb x 3/8" NPT Male Pipe, 1x Adapter Tee Coated Black for Anti Corrosion, 1x Brass Roll-over Valve, 1x Brass Shut-off Valve w/ Barb and Threaded side, 1x Fuel Hose, 2x Rubber Hose Sleeve, 4x Small Hose Clamp, 4x Large Hose Clamp, 1x PTFE Tape.
