2.The GPS/LPS has an accuracy of 1-4 miles with the actual position. This depends on the sophistication of the local signal base station.

3. Turn off the watch before inserting the SIM card.

SIM insertion mode: Open the back cover of the watch, remove the battery, and insert the SIM card. You must pay attention to the direction of the card when inserting. This can be very cumbersome if the card is in the wrong direction.

4. Our recommended carrier: You can search for T-mobile on Amazon. Verizon, Sprint, AT&T does not support this watch.

5. Our products do not include a SIM card. You need to purchase a SIM card separately. We recommend that you use Speedtalk. You can search for Speedtalk cards on Amazon. This product supports 2G SIM card

6. If the GPS child watch is not working properly / the device is offline, scan the code to download the app and bind the phone. Please check if you have selected the correct area when registering for the first time. Need to choose "North America" in the United States
