- SSS style 2007 packing is an interlock braid, utilizing SSS's unique proprietary PTFE/graphite yarn and a high temperature break-in lubricant
- This proprietary yarn is formed from expanded PTFE in which fine particles of Pure graphite have been encapsulated
- This packing is especially designed for services involving surface speeds and temperatures higher than those that can be handled by Pure PTFE packing
- 0-14 pH range; temperature (minimum -328 F, maximum 536 F) pressure: static to 200 bar (2900 psi); rotating to 35 bar (507 psi); reciprocating to 100 bar (1450 psi); shaft speed 4921 FPM (25 M/s)
- 9.8 ft. Per pound. Approximate yields +/- 10 percent
