3 Modes with 5-Level Brightness
The LED lamp is equipped with three different color temperature modes ranging from 2,800K to 5,500K. The bright cool hue of reading and studying modes are purposed to stimulate productivity while the warm soft lighting of the relaxation and sleeping modes are meant to enhance comfort. With a CRI level of 80+, the lamp minimizes eye strain and fatigue no matter what mode you're using.

- Set:
1) 1st press, the hour starts to flash; 2nd press, the minute starts to flash; 3rd press, the month starts to flash; 4th press, the date starts to flash.
2) When the light is flashing, press "Up" or "Down" key to adjust the specific time you need.
- Mode:
1. Press the "Mode" key, the current time switches to the alarm. Press the "Set" key, the hour starts to flash, then press "Up" or "Down" key to adjust the time.
2. Press "Set" key again, the minute starts to flash, then press "Up" or "Down" key to adjust it.
- Up/Down:
"Up" key to switch the hour mode(12/24); "Down" key to switch the indoor temperature unite: Celcius(â„ƒ) / Fahrenheit(Â°F).

Note:
1. The Celsius temperature value has a range of error of Â± 2 degrees.
2. When in use, the lamp temperature may affect the accuracy of the environmental temperature display.
