Alkalinity is critical to pH control, this granular formula effectively raises Alkalinity levels. Low Alkalinity levels can cause equipment corrosion, pH bounce and water discoloration. Compatible with chlorine, bromine, ozone and iguanid sanitizers. For best results, dissolve granular products first by adding to a small, plastic pail filled with water. Allow water to circulate for 30 minutes. Start-up instructions: add 1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) to spa water. Allow water to circulate for 30 minutes. Retest water and repeat steps 1 and 2 until the desired level is reached.
