Named after the first National Park east of the Mississippi river, Leupold BX-2 Acadia binoculars are the first to combine the handling characteristics of a roof prism binocular with the performance and price of a porro prism design. It's true; most people prefer the look and feel of a roof prism binocular, but many find themselves moving to a porro prism design when balancing the need for superior image quality with a reduced price.

The well balanced, phase coated, roof-prism design makes them comfortable and easy to hold, even during periods of prolonged viewing. Ergonomic placement of the diopter adjustment lever on the center focus wheel makes adjusting diopter settings to meet each user's specific needs fast and easy.
