Out of print in the U.S.! The Eleventh House was an important jazz fusion group of the 1970s, led by the guitarist Larry Coryell. The band was formed in 1973 and disbanded in 1976 and alongside bands such as The Mahavishnu Orchestra, Weather Report and Return to Forever, is considered to be one of the pioneering jazz rock bands of the mid-1970s. Other band members were Randy Brecker (trumpet), Mike Mandel (keyboards), Danny Trifan (bass) and Alphonse Mouzon on drums. Level One is The Eleventh House's second album and was released in 1975. The album reached #23 on Billboard magazine's Jazz album chart and #163 on the Billboard 200 chart. Considered by some to be "a forgotten gem from the fusion era" that captures the band at their creative and technical peak.
