Gait Belt For Seniors : This 60" gait belt is an affordable alternative to expensive medical gait belts for seniors. Designed to aid in transferring and walking patients who are at risk of falling, the LiftAid gait belt design features double-stitching and a premium metal buckle with non-slip locking teeth to keep the belt secure while in use.
Durable and Safe : Measuring 60X2", the gait belt is long enough to be adjusted to fit around most patients, and features an elastic loop to safely hold excess belt length. The gait belt quick release buckle has high tensile strength and can hold up to 350lbs.
Comfortable for Patients and Carers : Made from densely-woven webbing and double stitched for extra security, the LiftAid's transfer gait belt is comfortable for patients and also easy to use for carers. The webbing is non-stretchy to avoid any movement, and has no abrasive edges.

The belt is adjustable up to 60 inches and the belt has an elastic loop to hold the excess belt length.
The gait belt should only be used as an aid for transferring or walking a patient. As a standard procedure with all equipment in any facility, please inspect the belt prior to every use. Only use the belt on a patient or resident when appropriate. If the patient or resident has had a recent surgery, please consult their physician for permission prior to using this belt on the patient. This belt should never be used as any type of restraining device on a patient. Never use the belt as a form of a seat belt either in a vehicle or in a chair.
