A: Please format the card as FAT32 on PC then insert into camera for recording. Currently, the camera only supports Micro SDHC/SDXC Card (Class10, max supports 128GB). When card is full, it will delete earlier video automatically and loop record.

A: 1, Check the power and WIFI.
