Simple to use, no buttons to push, just plug your own lamp into Lighten UP! Model 205 and then plug Model 205 into the wall 8 hours before you want sunrise to start. Automatically get a new sunrise every day at the same time until you unplug the unit and reset it. 30 minute brightening cycle, stays on for 60 minutes after that. 100 watts maximum, 110 volt, 60 hz. Incandescent bulbs only. Halogen bulbs work great! Not for use with CFL, fluorescent, LED, or dimmer equipped lamps. Lamp used must be dedicated to sunrise simulation.
