HOW TO APPLY Here's the process to make sure your lips stay flake free and your Velvetine color is long lasting! 1. Exfoliate and then apply moisturizer on your lips about 10-15 minutes before applying your Velvetine. 2. Do the rest of my makeup then wipe off excess lip balm from lips. 3. Use a thin coat of Velvetine, starting at the center and then working out towards the corners. If you use too many layers it won't dry appropriately, which will prevent it from lasting a long time. 4. Look FAB! HIGHLY PIGMENTED FORMULA Build your colors intensity with each layer with any ease swipe of the applicator. With a variety of colors from a soft pink, deep purple, or maybe even a radical cornflower blue, pick whichever color is right for your mood.
