Bag Refill Cartridge Lasts up to Two Months The Litter Locker II bag refill cartridge can last up to two months per cat. When the current bag becomes full, open the bin, cut the bag from the refill, and knot the top for easy disposal. Pull down another length of bag from the refill, tie a knot in the bottom, and close the container to continue using the Litter Locker II. Each bag holds up to two weeks of litter (for one cat). Multilayer Film Seals in Smells These bags have an odor-concealing, multilayer film that ensures smells stay contained. The Litter Locker II is designed to keep bags sealed. Once you've scooped the litter into the bin, close it and pull the handle on the front, dropping the clumps to the bottom of the bag.
