Nicolette Larson was born in Montana and settled in San Francisco where she worked in a record store. She volunteered at the Golden Gate Bluegrass Music Festival which brought about her vocal ambitions. Nicolette then started to perform in Bay Area showcases. She is best known for her work in the late 70's with Neil Young (recommended by Linda Ronstadt) and her single "Lotta Love", written by Neil Young, which you will find featured here on this live album. This was previously available as a Rhino/Handmade limited edition CD. Leaving us in an early demise in December of 1997, we are proud to bring you her Live Recording at the Roxy in 1979... Enjoy!
