Growing up named after the famous Austen hero, William Darcy became accustomed to the jokes. As a professor of British Literature at a London university, he actively avoided teaching the Austen era. It certainly didnâ€™t help he is as tall, handsome, and charming as his literary namesake.

Elizabeth Bennett avoided comparison to her Austen counterpart by spending most of her childhood in Los Angeles. Now she is back in London to attend university and enrolled in a course covering that very subject.

What happens when William is forced to teach his most dreaded topic and finds the beautiful and intelligent Elizabeth in his class?
