Six locally grown avocados, hand picked by personal food shoppers in farmers markets. They're delicious spread on sandwiches or toast, made into homemade guacamole, added to salads, or diced and eaten straight out of the ?boat? with a sprinkling of locally sourced lime juice. Avocados are a great source of healthy fats, which help the body to absorb the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K.) They?re also a good source of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and dietary fiber.
