Louisiana Fish Fry Cajun Etouffe Mix
1. Add etouffee mix to 5 tbsp melted butter/margarine 2. Add 2 cups water and 1 pound peeled crawfish/shrimp or boneless chicken 3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for about 15 minutes. 4. Serve over rice, pasta or grits.
