Loving My Fibroids Away: A 10-Day Detox Plan

Many women have written me searching for an answer to a problem that most doctors try to get rid of with pills and surgery. When you look at pills and surgery as the primary answer to your problem, you ignore a very important fact – your body is designed to heal itself. That’s right! The reason many of us have fibroids in the first place is because our hormones are in such a state of imbalance that it seems our bodies turn against itself.

You will also learn what medical tests I suggest you get from your doctor so that you will have an idea of how to nutritionally support yourself in your healing journey.
This detox will leave you feeling nourished, energized, and vibrant so that you can move forward in your healing journey. This detox uses real food — a combination of cooked and raw vegan foods. I do not prescribe to or promote any diet for any one person because I believe that your nutritional needs change over time. What you need as a 19 year old young adult will be dramatically different from what you need as a 35 year old woman. However I do believe that the quality and quantity of the meat and animal products most of us put into our bodies over a course of years, the pesticides in the fruits and vegetables, and the toxic chemicals in our air and water force us to eat more clean than usual several times per year. Thus in this cleanse, I do not depend upon any meat or animal products.
