We guarantee that the vitro ceramic in normal everyday household use retains its thermal performances. The vitro ceramic cookware goes from and can be used in the freezer (resistant up to 35'C) and may resist progressively temperatures up to 800'C. This cookware can resist rapid temperature variations up to 450'C. To cook, we recommend to pre-heat the vitro ceraminc cookware at a low temperature for 2 minutes before each use. You may then cook at a low temperature for an even heat distribution. The vitro ceramic material retains heat for a long period of time. You can therefore let your water - based recipes stew at a very low temperature.
