- Battle Ready! Hand honed razer sharp functional japanese katana. The blade is forged from 1045 high carbon steel and tempered for consistent hardness and flexibility
- Features a black lacquered wooden scabbard (saya) with hand painted 4 golden cranes
- Overall Length: 41 1/2" in saya; 40" out of saya. Blade Length: 27"
- Double pegged full tang blade with fuller (blood groove). Black cord wrapped handle.
- Including black cotton sword bag for carrying and protection
A sharp, full tang, battle ready sword from Makoto. Both beginners and avid collectors will appreciate the attention to detail on this piece! From the High Carbon steel blade, to the tight cord wrap (Ito) and alloy guard (Tsuba), this sword is fully functional in every sense. The full tang blade extends to the end of the hardwood handle and comes razor sharp and thick. The wooden scabbard (Saya) includes a high gloss finish, nylon cloth, and metal Kurigata fittings. There are four golden cranes hand painted on the scabbard (Saya). The tsuba features sakura (Japanese cherry blossom) and crane motif. Take hold of your fantasy with this highly sought after samurai sword!
