Easy Instructions:

Step 1: Make sure your Anti Snore mouthpiece is the right way up, insert the fitment spatula completely into the holes at the front and move you lower jaw forward.

Step 2: Pour boiling water into a mu and place the mouthpiece into the boiling water for approximately 18 seconds (the mouthpiece will appear clear and soft).

Step 3: Place the mouthpiece into your mouth, first on your lower jaw, then slowly bring down your upper jaw into position making sure your teeth are in the gutters, mover your lower jaw forward 3-5mm and bite down.

Step 4: Your mouthpiece is Ready for Use! Rinse under cold water to allow the mouthpiece to become firm and store in our Protective Case for Hygiene & Safe Keeping!
