Warranty | MOMO Automotive Accessories, Inc. (“MOMO”) warrants to the original purchaser at retail that this MOMO product (the “product”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and ordinary use for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. MOMO agrees to repair or replace, at MOMO’s sole discretion, without charge to the original consumer purchaser, any Product which proves to be defective during the one-year limited warranty period. As a condition to MOMO’s obligation under this limited warranty, the purchaser must return the defective Product (freight prepaid) at the purchaser’s expense, together with the original invoice or receipt of purchase to: MOMO Automotive Accessories, Inc., 22412 Gilberto, Unit B, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 by the MOMO authorized dealer through which the Product was originally purchased and which, after examination, shows that said Product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. MOMO shall not replace or repair any defective Product which is not returned to MOMO at the above address, freight prepaid, accompanied by the original invoice or receipt of purchase. MOMO’s warranty obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective PRODUCT and EXCLUDES installation of the repaired or replaced Product. This limited warranty is available to the original consumer purchaser only and does not extend to any other person. You are the original consumer purchaser if you purchased the Product at retail from an authorized dealer for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required under applicable state law, this limited warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. Transfer of title to the Product by the original consumer purchaser voids this warranty. |
