The insulation is 65% polyolefinic and 35% polyester fiber.Â Thermal insulation fibers work on a simple principle - fiber diameter from 2 to 10 microns. How To Use

- Take out the isoles from the shoes, you think fits you best

- Try on your new insole to the old one to test for size.
