- Fragrant Jerky's original flavor tender pork jerky (medallion-shaped) are made from lean pork and bacon. This bite-sized medallion-shaped jerky is a Singaporean's favorite. They have a light sweet taste, semi-dried tender texture, light glazed, and natural smoky BBQ flavor from the 600F degree fire grilling process.
