Madman on a Wretched String: Everything Twisted, Wretched, and Wrong
Here is the story of a man in search of something he has no idea how to find. It is something hard to recognize and is often misunderstood. It is the meaning of life. But whose? Is the meaning of life the same for everyone, or is there a different answer for each individual? But are we really individuals, or are we all the same?
In this story you might come across a man with unusually long middle toes, an elderly bank robber, a bowl of fruit, an assassin with a dog, a serial killer with a cat, and a robot who does as he is told until he eventually snaps. Robots killing people, bad. People killing people--good?
This world is a merry-go-round revolving around the sun, a carnival full of freaks and portable toilets. There must be someone behind the scenes here. Someone in control of things. Look closer and you just might see the strings that move us and the hand that moves the strings.
The Madman is in rare form these days, and eventually we all descend into his mouth, carried in the teeth of a winged jackal.
