Maggi Kartoffel Knoedel Hab 7 Halb -Potato Dumplings made from half cooked potatoes and half raw potatoes; a traditional and popular side dish in Germany. To prepare , put desired number of knödel in a pot with cold water. Need plenty of water to cover knödel. 2) Bring the water to a boil and sprinkle in some salt. Cook for approximately 1 min. Let simmer with open top for 15 mins. 3) Take out the knödel and briefly run over with cold water. 4) Tear bags open and squeeze knödel out. Enjoy!
