Small: 26 inches when relaxed, stretches to 34 inches
Medium: 30 inches when relaxed, stretches to 42 inches

X-Large: 35 inches when relaxed, stretches to 48 inches
XX-Large: 37 inches when relaxed, stretches to 50 inches
