MasonryDefender Clear Non Slip Additive is a micronized, polymeric aggregate designed to provide a slip resistant finish when added to clear sealers, latex, epoxy or oil-based paints or stains. This anti slip paint additive creates a strong floor grip for stairs, steps, garages, walkways, basements, patios, pool decks, and more. APPLICATION: While stirring continuously, add up to 4 ounces of Clear Non-Slip Additive to 1 gallon of coating. Follow application instructions on sealer. In thinner products, occasional stirring during use may be required to keep grit uniform. If applying more than one coat, add Clear Non-Slip Additive to topcoat only. Do not reapply over wet areas. This product was created for use with MasonryDefender Garage Floor Sealer and MasonryDefender Stamped Concrete Sealer, but may also be used with any other latex, epoxy or oil based paint, stain, or sealer. LIMITATIONS: Clear Non-Slip Additive is not recommended for penetrating water repellents, silicones or wax-based coatings.
