With the app, you can set all food temps, set cooking timers, monitor the cooking progress, and receive smart alerts. The ET-735 sports 4 inputs for a total of 4 probes. You can thus monitor 4 independent temperatures on your iOS or Android device. The unit itself is rainproof, and the two included 36-inch probes are waterproof and heat-resistant. When you're smoking a few meats together, you can, for example, monitor 1) the temperature of the smoker chamber, 2) the inside temperature of the meat, 3) the inside temp of the chicken, and 4) the inside temp of the pork.
