Hopefully the experiences that I share here can prevent someone from staying in dysfunctional situations and help them make better choices.

As you will see, I am anything but perfect, I continue to grow and learn everyday. Thereâ€™s a famous saying that goes, â€œyou canâ€™t teach an old dog new tricksâ€; I disagree with it. I believe that the best thing you can do for yourself is to keep your mind open to all possibilities and consider new opportunities without limiting yourself to your old beliefs. Your life should be a learning curve not a downward spiral.

Unknowingly, I had started creating material for this book many years ago when I penned my thoughts down on my journal every morning and night.
