The MedReady p1750fl pill dispenser helps people take medication on time and reduce medication errors. Great for those who are forgetful or have complicated daily pill schedules. This automatic pill dispenser is a key locked pill box with a phone modem plus a flashing red light alarm and a low frequency audible alarm. The phone modem communicates with an optional monitoring service so significant others will be notified if the pill compartments are not opened. Made in USA. Monitoring charge as of 9/2014 is $16/month. This newest version of the MedReady key locked pillbox holds 28 doses of pills or capsules: Dispenses pills up to 4 times daily. A rotating medication dispenser sounds an alarm and flashes a light at the pre-set times. Set for audible alarm only, for flashing light only, for no alarms at all or for both alarms to sound. The audible alarm is 400 hz, low frequency, and 85 hz@10 cm. Signals stop once the pill compartment door is opened. Note: Due to sanitary and health reasons, this medication dispenser is not returnable once shipped. If the unit is mechanically defective, the manufacturer will replace it.
