- These crystals are used to aid in the melting of carob, chocolate and yogurt coatings. Made in the USA

- Paramount crystals help make the coatings smooth and easier to pour into molds and also help to thin out coatings for ease in dipping and coating.
- Add 1/4 cup of crystals per each pound of coating. Melt your chocolate and add a little at a time, stir between each addition, until the desired consistency is reached.
